Project Highlights
A selection of recent maintenance, temporary power, controls, and repair work across the Lower Mainland.

TSC 900 Controller Retrofit (8x on the Park downtown)
Transfer switch controller upgrade at 8x on the Park downtown.
The TSC 900 controllers are known to fail after about 5–7 years, and there are thousands of them installed across the Lower Mainland with no permanent solution from the factory.
We developed an in-house retrofit solution that’s fully engineered, ETL-recognized, and proven in the field. At this busy downtown high-rise, we upgraded six TTI transfer switch controllers with zero downtime and at a fraction of the cost of a full replacement.

Port Alice – BC Hydro Temporary Power Setup
Pac Power Systems was brought in to support United Rentals with a temporary power solution for the town of Port Alice while BC Hydro completed major system upgrades.
The project involved two synchronized 1 MW generator units supplying stable power to the local grid. Our team provided 24/7 service and maintenance support to ensure reliability and prevent any power interruptions during the transition period.

Kiewit – Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Setup
Pac Power Systems supported Kiewit with the setup and integration of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) for a 20-trailer construction site, designed to work alongside the existing generator setup.
The hybrid system was engineered to cut fuel consumption by over 60% while maintaining stable, reliable power across the site. Our team handled the wiring, commissioning, and onsite support, and Kiewit was extremely satisfied with the performance and results.

Morgan Place Retirement Home – Generator Replacement (South Surrey)
Pac Power Systems completed a generator replacement project at Morgan Place Retirement Home in South Surrey, where tight site access required the use of a large crane to safely remove and install the new unit.
Our team managed the entire process — from pad modifications and permitting to electrical connections, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance — ensuring a smooth transition with no disruption to facility operations.

North Vancouver – Home Standby Generator Service
Pac Power Systems, a Generac-certified dealer, completed a warranty engine replacement on a home standby generator in North Vancouver. From routine maintenance to major repairs and warranty work, our team provides full support for all your home standby power needs.

Fuel Polish (SD 41 School district of Coquitlam)
Fuel Polish at SD 41 School district of Coquitlam.
Not all fuel polishing is the same. Our process follows CSA 282 standards and includes Bar Chart testing to verify cleanliness, a vacuum-based system to remove water and sludge, and multi-stage polishing with additives to restore fuel quality. Unlike others who only filter the fuel, we clean both the tank and fuel for long-term reliability.
